Happy Monday ya'll!! New Week, New Goals!
I remember the days when breakfast use to be a lot different. Well, if I'm being honest, it was pretty much non-existent. I've never really been a consistent breakfast person, so usually, my first meal of the day was lunch which was around 12pm.
Rewind to 4 months ago when I was introduced to the #ThriveLifestyle and all of that changed. I can't imagine intentionally going a day without my lifestyle mix each morning. It's packed with tons of vitamins and nutrients that my body needs to help fill my nutritional gaps, and is the perfect quick breakfast for me since I'm usually off to the races in no time flat! ha!
