Friday’s workout with weights (yes it’s posted a day late 🤦🏼‍♀️).Does anyone else find themselves amazed at how quickly a day of “doing nothing” flies by? Workout tip: Try to get your workouts done as early as possible. Even if that just means just 20 min in the morning before the day really begins. You’ll find it makes a huge difference in your productivity and mindset for the day. . . Today’s workout focuses on more shoulders, biceps and triceps and uses small - medium hand weights. Don’t have a set? You could use canned soup, water bottles, bags of beans, anything! If you’re weights are t as heavy as you might like try adding more reps. Weights are too heavy for some exercises? No problem, just reduce the reps. . . 8 moves - 10 reps each - every 2nd move insert 30-60 seconds of cardio (high knees, jog on the spot, jumping jacks, ice skaters, mountain climbers, whatever!). Repeat the round 2 or 3 times. Enjoy! . . . 🔸SQUAT TO HEEL LIFT TO FRONT ARM RAISE TO PULL BACK (Level 1 pull back arms to 90 degrees or long arms for level 2). . . 🔸PILÉ SQUAT PULSE WITH OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION. . . 🔸BICEP CURL HALF WAY TO PRESS OUT. OPTION: Stand on one leg while performing the move. . . 🔸HIP PRESS TO TRICEP PRESS PULLOVER COMBO TO CRUNCH. . . 🔸SIDE LUNGE TO SINGLE ARM OVERHEAD PRESS TO SIDE BEND TO TRIANGLE.
