Υπάρχουν ακόμα και σήμερα επαγγελματίες υγείας που χρησιμοποιούν εκφράσεις όπως ‘ είσαι πολύ νέος για να έχεις αυτά τα συμπτώματα΄. Το να χρησιμοποιούμε τέτοιες εκφράσεις μπορεί να οδηγήσουν σε παραπληροφόρηση του ασθενούς ή σε σύγχυση. Δεν υπάρχει ηλίκια όσον αφορά την υγεία και καλή λειτουργία του πυελικού εδάφους. Γυναίκες και άντρες κάθε ηλικίας μπορεί να αποκτήσουν μια δυσλειτουργία των μυών αυτών όπως και να βλετιώσουν τα συμπτώματά τους με την κατάλληλη θεραπεία, φαρμακευτική αγωγή, φυσικοθεραπεία και σε πιο δύσκολες παθήσεις συνδυασμός των παραπάνω με πιθανό χειρουργείο. Ασθενείς τρίτης ηλικίας μπορούν εξίσου να αυξήσουν την δύναμη στους μύες του πυελικού εδάφους όπως και στο υπόλοιπο σώμα. Αν μην τι άλλο, όσο μεγαλώνουμε οι παράγοντες αυτοί γίνονται πιο σημαντικοί όχι μόνο για την αντιμετώπιση μιας πάθησης αλλά και για την πρόληψή της. Η σωστή λειτουργία του πυελικού εδάφους μπορεί να βελτιώσει την ποιότητα ζωής ένος ατόμου τρίτης ηλικίας μειώνοντας τις πιθανότητες εμφάνισης ακράτειας ούρων κάνοντας έτσι το άτομο πιο ανεξάρτητο στις καθημερινές του δραστηριότητες. Μπορεί να μην μπορούμε να προλάβουμε πλήρως την αδυναμία των μυών καθώς μπαίνουμε στην τρίτη ηλικία αλλά σίγουρα μπορούμε να αυξήσουμε τις πιθανότητες να έχουμε μια καλή ποιότητα ζωής κάνοντας τις δραστηριότητες που αγαπάμε. Δεν υπάρχει όριο ηλικίας για να αρχήσουμε να κάνουμε ασκήσεις για να διατηρήσουμε το πυελικό έδαφος σε καλή φυσική κατάσταση. NORDIC HAMSTRING for BULLETPROOFING AND EXPLOSIVENESS . I once stopped deadlifting completely for 6 months, just worked on the progressions for this movement and saw an increase in my deadlift 1RM by 50 lbs. from 315 to 365 at the time. . I’ve trained this movement in one way or another for the past 6 years and the benefits are clear for not only myself, but also according to the research. . ✅ Hugely protective for the hamstrings (helped clear up an old tear from college and is well-studied for hammie injury prevention especially in soccer players). ✅ Key to more explosiveness in running, jumping and almost anything athletic. . Here is a regressed version of the full exercise (which would be controlling myself all the way flat to the bench) along with an explosive drive back to the top in the style of @kneesovertoesguy @athletictruthgroup . . Although there is no movement inherently “bad” for you, if you cannot control that movement it can lead to injury. [En/Pl] Squats are universally helpful because they strengthen many muscles at once. This time we're gonna do squats with some resistance to specifically strengthen the knees. I'd recommend this exercise in particular for footgun and cobra lovers :) You can use anything for sitting - chair or even physioball (latter engages extra stabilization 💪 ) Also you can use resistance band instead of arms. Do it slowly, especially when going down. Do not jump and do not fall on your bottom. Do a couple of series (6 squats x 3 maybe?) with some rest in-between. Remember: this is an exercise for strengthening healthy or weak knee. If you feel constant pain go see a doctor 👩‍⚕️ or physiotherapist immediately as recovering from prolonged injuries is much harder and really time consuming. ------------------ Przysiady to są uniwersalne ćwiczenia, które wzmacniają wiele mięśni naraz :) Dzisiaj się skupimy na kolanach, dlatego dodajemy pewne obciążenie w postaci rąk lub taśmę elastycznej. To ćwiczenie szczególnie się przyda lubicielam kobry lub sittingów. Do siedzenia można użyć krzesła lub piłki do rehabilitacji (da nawet lepszy efekt). Ćwiczenie trzeba robić wolno, bez gwałtownych ruchów, szczególnie kiedy już siadacie. Na początek można zrobić 3 serie po 6 z przerwami pomiędzy. I pamiętajcie: to ćwiczenie jest tylko do wzmocnienia zdrowego lub słabego kolana.
